LinkGather - To Export WordPress Links



This WordPress plugin shows you how to export the URL's for all your websites articles in Google Spreadsheets design.

You can download the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Repository by looking for LinkGather, alternatively you can just go to the link below:

When you have activated the plugin, straight away you are ready to go.

Help Guide


A new tab on the menu side of your WordPress admin portal will appear called LinkGather:

Hovering over this menu option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different offerings available to you:

When you click on the Home offering, this will take you to the plugins developer page which supplies instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Hit the Post Links menu to move you to the page that will reveal all of your blog sites published posts’ URL's. Be aware that for the purposes of this guide, we are using our demo test site with just a few URL's in it.

You should now see a list with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. However how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

At the bottom of the URL list, you will see that LinkGather has also added up how many post URL you have.

You then also have the ability to download the articles in CSV format.

Page Links


The instructions is exactly the same for Page Links, but instead of bringing back published articles, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack URLs


The option for JetPack URL's is again exactly the same instructions as those above, however, JetPack ShortLinks are actually built in short links created by the JetPack plugin. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to gather those links.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.
